Lance McFarlane
Harcourts Te Puke
Licensed Real Estate Salesperson (REAA 2008), Member of the REINZ
Lance was born and raised in a farming family in the rural Te Puke area.
He has spent more than 20 years involved directly with the Farming industry, originally involved with Wealleans Groundspread working throughout the Bay of Plenty for just over six years followed by 13 years with Fonterra and then three years with Trutest DTS Milk Cooling and Tank Solutions. This has taken Lance from one end of the Bay of Plenty to the other and everywhere in between. Chances are he has been to most farms in the area.
Lance enjoys meeting new people, growing new and existing relationships with a large group of the farming fraternity and continues his passion for all things rural. He has been married for 32 years and has two children. Being a keen classic Chrysler Mopar fan, motorbike rider and squash player, Lance’s interests are varied. He also served 20 years as a Volunteer Firefighter at the Maketu Fire Brigade.
Having sold many properties recently and many of his own also over the years, he welcomes the opportunity to assist you in the process of selling your property. Lance is very motivated and keen work with you to sell your piece of Real Estate and impressed with the marketing expertise and great team spirit that Harcourts Advantage offer.
