Charming Lifestyle with Two Dwellings
Country ambience and rural practicality combine to create something special here in Penny Road. Including two houses on a 5.9950ha (more or less), this much-loved lifestyle is very well set up for horses and stock with 8-9 paddocks, a multi-bay barn, stables & yards. Gravity fed water from the Kaharoa Water Scheme adds further appeal.
With its views across the paddocks, the comfortable home enjoys all day sun, a good connection to the outdoors and a generous deck where you can spend some quiet moments relaxing outdoors over a cup of tea or fire up the barbeque. There's also three bedrooms, a bathroom and an ensuite, a log fire to keep things cozy during winter and internal access garaging.
Adding value is the delightful two-bedroom cottage with its own double carport and shed.
Bush & birdsong, peace & privacy - don't miss this opportunity to own a country lifestyle that's not far from Kaharoa School and the Community Hall. Phone Tim today for a viewing in the Dealmobile!

Licensed Real Estate Salesperson (REAA 2008), Member of the REINZ
Born in Wellington I spent a good part of my adult life in Auckland where prior to Real Estate I owned and managed a painting and decorating company specializing in the restoration of old villas and bungalows in most of Aucklands exclusive suburbs.
I am married to Jacqueline who comes from Switzerland. Jacqueline is a Residential Sales Specialist in her own right. We have two young children. I also have a daughter currently living and working in Australia. Prior to settling in the beautiful Lakes District of Rotorua, Jacqueline and I married and lived for almost 3 years in Zurich, Switzerland. We moved to Rotorua in 1995.
People and houses have been the main focus of my previous occupation. Real Estate is all about people and I decided that a career in Real Estate would be a good move. Since then I've never looked back!
In June 2007 I was declared the overall winner 2006-07 for the Regional Real Estate Institute Award for the Waikato/Bay of Plenty and Gisborne District for residential sales with a population 20,001-70,000. The Real Estate Institute of New Zealand Award represents all Real Estate Companies and perhaps proves that bigger is not always better. We are all very hard working and never lose focus of achieving the best result for our homeowners.
