Situated on an almost flat 8672sqm (approx.) piece of paradise sits this immaculately presented near-new family home. Consisting of three bedrooms, two bathrooms and attached internal-access double garage. There is storage in the roof area of the fully insulated garage with access via a retractable ladder. Great for storing those things we seldom use. The home is brick and tile construction with double-glazed joinery and magnetic fly screens. Approximately six years young and designed with entertaining in mind. Having two living areas and open plan kitchen dining there's space for everyone. The kitchen is spacious and well set out. Appliances include dishwasher, gas hob and wall oven. There is a good-size pantry and space for a double fridge. The polished concrete floors look amazing and add a nice contrast to the carpet. Add in the two covered patio areas for the year-round barbecues or just sitting down and relaxing. One area has a louvre roof and the other has a fixed roof. No problem keeping warm in the winter with the wood fire in the lounge and there's even a woodshed or two for storing the year's wood supplies. The gardens and grounds have been lovingly created by the current vendors and look a picture. Lots of specimen trees and shrubs with raised gardens as well. Vehicle storage is taken care of with the 70sqm (approx.) high-stud shed or for those needing a workshop. Need to store a boat or caravan? There is an almost new 95sqm (approx.) high-stud shed as well. Fully fenced for stock so you'll be able to have a couple of sheep or a steer or two. Wonderful views out to the rural countryside and the sea in the distance. Properties like this don't come to market often so make sure it's on the top of your "to view" list.
