Lifestyle in a Private Garden Paradise
Nestled amongst 8,016 m² (more or less) of tranquil clearings, ponds and picturesque shrubbery, this dream haven invites you to embrace nature and bring this dream haven to its full potential. The home offers four bedrooms, a separate lounge and a conservatory to sit out in - three heat pumps, two night store heaters and a log fire to keep you cosy.
There's oodles of space for vehicles with a separate garage, a high carport for your motorhome and a large extra carport with a bay for the firewood. A path leads past the home and down to the foot of the section where there is an ideal garden setting for special occasions. All the privacy you can imagine yet not too far from village life and the lake with its boat ramp and lakeside walk. Come and envisage the life that you can create here. Born in Wellington I spent a good part of my adult life in Auckland where prior to Real Estate I owned and managed a painting and decorating company specializing in the restoration of old villas and bungalows in most of Aucklands exclusive suburbs.
I am married to Jacqueline who comes from Switzerland. Jacqueline is a Residential Sales Specialist in her own right. We have two young children. I also have a daughter currently living and working in Australia. Prior to settling in the beautiful Lakes District of Rotorua, Jacqueline and I married and lived for almost 3 years in Zurich, Switzerland. We moved to Rotorua in 1995.
People and houses have been the main focus of my previous occupation. Real Estate is all about people and I decided that a career in Real Estate would be a good move. Since then I've never looked back!
In June 2007 I was declared the overall winner 2006-07 for the Regional Real Estate Institute Award for the Waikato/Bay of Plenty and Gisborne District for residential sales with a population 20,001-70,000. The Real Estate Institute of New Zealand Award represents all Real Estate Companies and perhaps proves that bigger is not always better. We are all very hard working and never lose focus of achieving the best result for our homeowners.
