As a father of four, Manu is an experienced man throughout all stages in life (even being a first home buyer).

He migrated to New Zealand early 2000 with his family and has been living in Papatoetoe since.

Manu completed his master’s degree and has worked as an Area Manager in marketing and sales promotion in multinational companies.

Manu as a proud Rotarian part of Rotary International movement, has served as a Club President, Secretary, Board Member of Rotary Club Papatoetoe Central has been actively involved in various community projects and activities in New Zealand and Overseas community services.

Apart from Rotary Foundation and Middlemore foundation ,He is a regular supporter of Starship hospital ,Canteen, Education first Trust and other community organisations.

After completing his studies in healthcare, Manu has worked at Starship Hospital, Middlemore Hospital, Diagnostic Med Lab in his early days in New Zealand.

Before embarking into a Real Estate career, he was a Centre Supervisor at Labtests and performed numerous Specialized Tests, Collection Centre Management, Supervisor of numerous Staff.

In this role, he had to ensure that key performance indicators were always met which entailed effective time management and attention to detail.

He has been the coordinator of New Zealand nursing organization in South Auckland where he was advocating employees and mentoring them and negotiating collective employment agreements as per employment laws.

Manu experiences have given him exposure to various age groups and numerous cultures. He is well regarded for his high professional standards, dedication, work ethics, and attention to detail and has great empathy with clients and customer's needs.

In addition to Manu's experiences in the medical field, he had also been involved in property investment and development at a personal level and has developed great knowledge and expertise in the field.

Manu has vast experience in negotiations regarding property matters and his work experience in the medical profession, together with his marketing background makes him a professional with high standards.

He is a good communicator and organiser and this creates an ideal platform to provide innovative ideas towards property marketing, presentation, promotion, and negotiator.
