Like most people in Real Estate, Jess didn’t always plan a career in property sales, she tripped and fell in the door at Harcourts in 2016 after a long career in the hairdressing industry. Award winning and results driven, Jess decided it was time for change. Jess started in a support role for commercial and business broking, but not to be one to sit in the background, decided to join the award winning Harcourts Accommodation Centre as one of their leading Business Development Managers. Jess very quickly became the ‘go to person’ for multi-faceted advice on investment properties. Jess’s broad knowledge and passion for assisting local and out of town clients on how to identify a good investment property became her trademark.

Her passion for property became an addiction. Jess still wasn’t satisfied, so she decided join Harcourts Grenadier as Sales Consultant in early 2021. Jess made her mark quickly after 3 months in the role, taking out the number 1 spot for her office rankings and causing a bit of a stir amongst the established agents. Jess ended her first year in Real Estate as number 2 consultant for her office and has managed to maintain the number 1 or number 2 position as a hard-working individual consultant to date. Jess has been awarded excellence within her franchise consistently from 2021-2024/25 proving to be a top performer across sales and client experience. A phenomenal achievement considering Harcourts has approximately 500 agents in Canterbury alone. Not only that but Jess was awarded the title of ‘Rising Star’ for not only her franchise but the entire Canterbury region 2021/22, both highly sought after and prestigious awards.
