Ryan brings a wealth of experience from Wilson Parking New Zealand where he led the Auckland based sales and leasing team responsible for 120 car park premises in the upper North Island. During 5 years in the business Ryan also gained valuable knowledge in facilities management and was lead negotiator for Wilson Parking successfully securing tenure with numerous national tenants. Ryan’s outstanding communication and presentation skills also landed him a cameo as a TV and Radio Presenter for TAB Trackside. In 2018 Ryan joined the Bayleys Tauranga Commercial Team to combine his property experience with his presentation prowess with immediate success. Son of top commercial agents Brendon & Lynn, Ryan continues the Bradley legacy providing professional and innovative solutions in facilitating all property sales and leasing transactions.
