In 2012, his dedication to excellence in real estate was recognised nationally when he won the REINZ National Novice Auctioneering Competition, a milestone that cemented his skill as a confident communicator and sharp negotiator.

Nu is deeply rooted in his local community — a devoted family man, he is married and a proud father to two daughters, now aged 23 and 25. Outside of real estate, he is an avid Toastmaster, committed to leadership and communication development, and a regular attendee at his local church.
