Easy and straightforward My first interaction was with Jack who arranged a viewing after a long day at work. I appreciated him making time to accommodate the viewings. I then met Sue on the second viewing and she was my contact for the sales and negotiating process. As I was a first home buyer I had never been through the process before and felt anxious. Both Sue and Jack made the process seamless, easy and were overly accommodating. Sue’s knowledge of the area and neighbourhood was comforting knowing she knew the people in surrounding addresses. Both Sue and Jack were amazing to deal with throughout the process and I can not thank them enough.

Extensive experience and local knowledge. Sue and Jack were excellent to deal with. Our decision to list with them was multi-factorial. We had met Sue at some open homes in the previous year and found her to be genuine and personable. We wanted agents who had a proven track record, with extensive experience in the areas we wanted to move to. Professional and knowledgeable agents. We purchased our home through auction and had a good experience with both Sue and Jack. Communication was clear and professional and the auction process was a great experience for us. We were given the chance to meet up with another agent before hand for advice and to ask any questions we had about the auction. All relevant information and documentation was provided when it became available. Sue had been especially helpful, showing us other potential houses prior to our successful purchase. Overall, the sale went smoothly and we were happy with how everything was handled by the team.

Friendly, always available. While I talked with two agencies, Sue didn’t baffle me with conditions or appeared official.
